Switched over since they just got a tower in our subdivision. Tech was helpful and professional and the customer service has been great. Even got a follow up phonecall a couple days later to see how things were going! Best part is the internet has been fantastic, we are close to the tower and have good line of sight, so that does make a difference of course but we are so happy to have 'normal' internet finally!!

Always have pleasant customer service experience, speeds are usually awesome. Some down/ slow times but to be expected with Alberta weather and in a rural service area. New packages are awesome and overall totally worth the prices.

Been with these guys for two years. Great service. Customer support is unmatched in my opinion. You're never on hold for more than a couple minutes, and they're very honest. Would highly recommend!

Waiting since 11 for tech. Called office and told on other call to find out he was not. No update, no call back. NOT PROFESSIONAL. Called a few times. They lied about it. Obviously Customer does not mean anything to you. Finally received call from tech at 330 and still have to wait another hour.

Had their service a couple years ago, they have the worst customer service I have ever seen. My fiance would have to call them almost weekly because our service would cut out every couple of minutes, nothing was ever done and trying to talk to someone in charge was a nightmare, I ended up threatening to call the bbb so I could actually talk to management (who previous I was not allowed to talk to?) When I did talk to him I was told to find a different service!

Ps I moved on happily and could warn people off enough about these guys.

Pretty Solid Internet. I haven't really had to any major issues. They are quick at resetting their equipment when it's their problem. As for speed, My household watches buffered movies and I have no complaints.

Had this service for a couple of weeks now seems to be working very well. Steaming movies, Netflix, YouTube, without hang ups or buffering. more than I can say for my previous provider. Installer showed up on time and actually knocked a few bucks off my set up because I already had the cables in place.
