We purchased our townhouse through this brokerage. Our realtor was Tim Seo. We felt he was difficult to deal with and even more difficult to get ahold of. On the day of possession we waited.... And waited..... And waited outside our new house, our excitement fading rapidly. We finally called him and he did not answer. We texted and emailed and eventually he replied that the keys were at his office in Coquitlam. We were in Langley. He couldn't have mentioned it ahead of time? He just left us sitting outside our new place and couldn't be bothered meeting us or letting us know either. Gross service.
