Went in to acquire a new will late in 2019! Yes, I know there is a pandemic going on but waiting 1-1/2 years for results is a bit much! Many calls brought little results when I requested copies of what was completed! I was recently told they would email me a copy..
Still nothing!
Finally went in after telling them of my arrival only to find ONE will ready for me instead of two as requested. They needed ID for this, so how could they have produced
and emailed this in the first place? Certainly NOT happy with this high stress (for me)service!
