Susana lies in a courtroom she then responds 2 these Google reviews & lies as well & then when U send an email asking about these so-called 5cases that I lost & that I'll see her a dark alley some night & then the cops are @ my door, & she don't want any emails or reviews from ME!?! The cop said I can do reviews all day long that is something U will have to deal with civilly.

5 cases eh Which 5 hunny Case & point UR A LIAR IN & out of the COURTROOM. We will see how ur doing once your REPORTED FOR ALL 3 CASES I WATCHED. & I lost did I U guys went for 12 months & got 6 cause judge don't believe she lives there & 2 other cases I was witness AGAINST UR CLIENTS & they started a peace bond case over stuff that DID NOT HAPPEN never listened to so SO MANY LIES about MYSELF. Would have BEEN GREAT 2 DO THIS IN A ST THOMAS COURTROOM CAUSE THE COPS WOULD HAVE BEEN LAUGHING LMAO, like they have @ that other Peace Bond case U BROUGHT UP, cause they know me & knows what are LIES about ME, U got LUCKY 2 be in an Out of TOWN courtroom, even the judges & Justice of the Peace from St Thomas would know UR a Liar and UR CLIENTS TO Again U GOT LUCKY!!!THATS ITS PLAIN & SIMPLE. Judge even said he didn't believe anything but MAYBE 1 THING, & that was a text message that U couldn't even prove who sent it or even show who sent it?!?!? LMAO so again what 5 cases hunny I will gladly get the transcript & upload them as pictures they're all public courtrooms and accessible 2 the public it's called information of freedom Acts or something like that.

I HAVE NOW DEALT & SEEN THIS WOMEN IN TWO DIFFERENT COURT ROOMS & SHE FLAT OUT LIES. PUTS WORDS IN WITNESS MOUTH. LIES IN ENDING STATEMENTS AS WELL. SUSANA ALSO ATTACKS PEOPLES ANIMALS IN COURT & SAYS THEY ARE MEAN AND VICIOUS. I will uploading a video of such a thing that she claims is Dogs barking mean and vicious @ someone who is blowing a leaf blower near us in a car. These dogs are also part Italian Massif & it is in THEIR DNA to protect and be loyal to home & owner.
I WILL BE REPORTING HER TO THE LAW SOCIETY. SHE IS THE 2ND and 3rd PARALEGAL I HAVE WATCHED LIE IN A COURTROOM. 3RD ONE I REFUSED TO LIE FOR, YET TO SEE A LAWYER DO THIS IN MY LIFE.
THEY BOTH TAKE OATHS AND HAVE TO IMMEDIATELY STOP REPRESENTING SOMEONE WHEN THEY ARE LYING.
I never sat back and watched somebody in my life say that they were threatened so much, that their down syndrome child was threatened so much, be threatened to be killed as well let these threats go on for 2 years and then phone the police once they know that I'm a witness against THEM in another Court matter. Apparently the average person would let such threats go on for so long against their disabled child!?! DEFINITELY ODD, Judge ONLY BELIEVED one part of Susana's case. As he explained in his findings and there was a lot stuff that was not important.
ONLY THING I KNOW, THINK, AND FEEL I HAVE NEVER SEEN AND FELT SUCH DISGUST IN MY LIFE AND UNPROFESSIONALISM. AND WHEN I SAY UNPROFESSIONALISM I MEAN MAKING FACES AT THE CAMERAS LIKE FACIAL EXPRESSIONS JUST TO TRY TO SET YOU OFF. IT WAS LIKE AS THE DAY WENT ON AND SHE COULDN'T SET ME OFF SHE RESORTED TO MAKING FACIAL EXPRESSIONS AT ME IN THE CAMERA. LIKE A CHILD, HIGHLY IMMATURE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL, again something I'VE NEVER SEEN A LAWYER DO, YET in my life.

I wouldn't use this last. Looking at her reviews and watching her argue with clients or people she fought against. Then she even runs to the cops to get them to demand people to take down the reviews. She calls the cops when she gets called out on these reviews as well.
I'm a journalist and have taken the time to look into these paralegals that claim they know the law but then act and show different in the courtroom. The lies I've seen already and I've just started on this project.

Susana is Ignorant, Lazy, a Liar and a thief.
I hired her for very simple tasks at a rate higher than what she was asking. She did NOT know what she was doing and lied about her competence and qualifications. Her conduct was extremely unprofessional, entitled and based from what I could tell, a fundamental lack of knowledge of the LAW. This manifested itself in behavior that ultimately led to an LSO complaint and a Small Claims case against her. Susana was brought before a court ordered review and instead of addressing any of the issues raised, argued that she was NOT an officer of the court and not subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts or LSUC.
I see no need to post any details as it is a matter of public record for those who wish to fact check. If you cant find anything i would be happy to provide it.
I can only offer my own personal experience and sure maybe she’s a swell person in her personal life, I don’t know. But I am sure that there are numerous other options if you are looking for knowledgeable, ethical, hard work as it relates to legal issues.
On a side note, a big ole frowny face for you Susana for blatantly trying to set back the paralegal community to pre 1960 mentality. A great deal of Great people struggled for many years to have the courts recognize paralegals as officers of the court.
The Paralegal program prescribed by the Law Society of Upper Canada (LSUC) has several subjects that touch on professional responsibilities and legal ethics. Prospective Licencees also learn about the Paralegal Rules of Conduct, their duties to the Courts, clients and, other licencees. These requirements are on a par with the duties imposed upon barristers and solicitors. The prospective Licencees learn that, fundamentally, professional standards equivalent to those required of barristers and solicitors are expected of Paralegal (P1) Licencees and are enforceable by the discipline process of the LSUC.
Proposed Amendment 29.1 Every person who is licensed to provide legal services in Ontario as a Paralegal is an officer of every court of record in Ontario in which a paralegal is authorized by law to provide legal services.
If you don’t believe in this Susana you should just find something else to do that does not require an oath or ethical oversight.
