Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, and in my case - I wasn’t even aware that I was shutting down emotionally. Enter - Angela. While I had imagined myself sitting there mute (like a petulant child) miraculously, the opposite occurred. Angela is intuitive, gentle, nonintrusive and so incredibly wise. Not only did she have me unpacking my complicated life almost immediately, she utilized her skills so smoothly, I didn’t even realize it was happening. Admittedly, as a loner who is both nerdy and quirky, I was slightly concerned about what Angela was thinking when we first met. It takes a great deal of trust for anyone to feel comfortable baring their soul to a complete stranger. Angela is so comforting and professional; I felt absolutely no judgment from her. She is insightful and genuinely cares about her clients. She radiates calm…Angela has been an unexpected gift for me, and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending her to anyone who might require some help navigating their way through life. I hope that she knows just how much my sessions with her have eased the heavy load I’ve been carrying in my head and heart for so many years. Saying “thank you” to her feels inadequate, but hopefully - by writing this honest review I’m able to truly convey my sincere gratitude.

I’m so glad that I bumped into Surrey Delta counselling. The reviews online looked amazing and I thought why not try, and no regrets at all.
Angela is a wonderful person. She’s very professional, yet makes you feel like you have a friend to talk to.
I appreciate how she interprets(breaks down) situations/issues that may seem challenging at the time- to a point that they feel so easy and manageable. I enjoy her use of different illustrations that makes one visualize the situations/experiences much better.
I also appreciate the thought provoking discussions and questions she initiates, that makes one analyze the situation and thinking deep; yet finding solutions within self as well as the recommendations she gives.
