This place stinks. Fraud was committed against me so the person was charged. Then the Corner Brook crown attorney dropped the charges because they claim to have evidence to the contrary and the evidence actually portrays me as committing crimes. I told the crown attorney this is fake evidence and I was ignored. I informed the police and they went to the crown attorney asking for this so-called evidence and they were denied the evidence with the claim it didn't need to be investigated. I asked for the evidence and I was told I was not allowed to see it. The law society wrote asking for the evidence and the crown attorney replied that the law society didn't have jurisdiction. The police went back a second time to the crown attorney and they were told the evidence is missing. Victim services said they agree I am right and innocent and recommended I file a complaint. The police said none of this makes sense and they are keeping the case open in the hopes I get justice. I have complained enough to the crown attorney's office that now they sent it to the senior office but it I haven't gotten any reply whatsoever. Stay away from this place. They will make the victim look like a criminal and the criminal look like a victim. Don't let yourself become a victim or you will be ruined. Truth means nothing in this place.
