Service was great kept me informed every step of the way and the work that was done was great. My only issue...I blew a tire got towed in to Summit and it took 4 plus days to get one shipped in....stock some tires GM! It was embarassing to your brand not to have stock tires. Satisfied with work and service, they gave me some free washes for the trouble, just not happy I had to cancel reservations etc due to not having vehicle for almost a week for a tire replacement due to inventory.

I had the undercoating done on my truck. Had to leave it overnight. Jess and the crew were so good I was supplied a rental at no cost for the night. Excellent service as always.

Sales man that helped us, was good.

On a separate note...
I was supposed to get a referral cheque of $500, for referring someone. (I had previously bought a vehicle at Summit GM).

First they agreed to give it to me, and said the manager would give it to me once he was off the phone.

Then the amount changed to $250.

Then I was told that the manager was too busy, and that the cheque would be mailed to me.

Never did receive the cheque.

Went to dealership and asked why I didn't get it. Their reply was that I didn't meet the criteria.

They lied to me, multiple times.

Very Poor Customer Service.
