Good day , but not very good for me and my all family we are really really disappointed ,
We find vehicle online at Autotrader from Fort Macmurry ,
salesman Grayson Gellately lie lie too too much to me and RBC finance
He told me vehicle will be brand new but on paperwork it will be 3700 kms on it to give you discount , but he did this to hide the truth Vehicle was badly dented on the top roof on both sides ,
And in schedule even Coady give me wrong delivery ETA ,
It supposed to deliver on June 19-20 but sadly I received a call 2 hours before to pick my vehicle very short notice .
When we arrived to pick vehicle it's terribly terribly dirty I have proof pics , the worst worst thing there is missing charger in my car , and not even this THERE IS HUGE DENTS ON ROOF SIDE DOORS , dents on both sides of roof . And now dealership manager John said dents happen during shipping
So I should be covered by shipping company which was hired by the dealership BEFORE making deal of car and signing paperwork I ask salesman that it's safe to get delivered car HE TOLD ME THEIR SHIPPING COMPANY IS 100% profession they shipped so many vehicles from them and never have had any issues , but sadly shipping company said no they won't going to cover it they don't want to increase their Insurance claims .
JUST WONDERING IS IT NOT POSSIBLE TO TRUST ON GM TEAM MEMBERS ANYMORE ?

Tried to sell me a truck without applying the right discount (Oil Sands Employee). They admitted fault and asked if they could give them a chance to make up for it. Needless to say I went to Edmonton (Northgate GMC) for my next two trucks. All of my warranty issues and service visits have been miserable at Summit. Unfriendly service advisors who are not positive or timely when engaged by consumers regarding their transportation investment. Issues of concern regarding my vehicles scheduled appointments are started on 4+ hours after drop off time, issues are unresolved 50% of the time, several visits required to fix a warrantable issue. Vehicles given back dirty on the outside AND the inside when returned. When I talk to others in the community the feedback has been the same regarding both sales and service. Most people prefer to get 2-3 quotes for a vehicle of interest at Edmonton or Calgary dealerships. Maybe that’s why they treat people poorly, because the vehicle wasn’t purchased from them.

Summit has been great to me for their service work! Mellisa Lehr has been great to me since I brought in my vehicle. Gave me multiple updates when my vehicle went in late and when it finally went in. You do need to understand this dealership is extremely busy and need to have the right expectations when you bring your vehicle to them. My vehicle actually wasn't safe to drive due to an airbag module and they provided me a loaner vehicle in the mean time that met my expectations. I do have to say this dealership is one of the better ones in town and I haven't had any issues with them!
