I have to say it is very hard when your Mom has passed away and you’re trying to deal with the Estate. However, if you can’t get the attorney to return your phone calls for weeks! Andrew Mahoney this is not the way to support ALL your clients.

This review isn’t easy to write, but given the utter disrespect and lack of integrity we’ve encountered with your firm and Mr. Adam Patchet, it has become necessary.

We came to Sullivan and Mahoney on a personal recommendation, trusting that we would receive actual, professional representation. Instead, we’ve experienced nothing but disappointment, frustration, and outright disbelief at Mr. Patchet’s behavior and approach to our case.

When Mr. Patchet asked for a $10,000 retainer, we paid it immediately, under the assumption that he would actually do something . Instead, nothing substantial has happened. No litigation , no motions have been filed, and not even a single formal letter has been sent to the opposing party. We are still exactly where we started, minus $10k Mr. Patchet has refused to listen to our preferred resolutions, dismissing our input entirely. It's painfully clear that he prioritizes billing hours over resolving client issues, which is not only unethical but a disgrace to the legal profession. All we’ve received are occasional, repetitive phone calls, in which Mr. Patchet rehashes the same information without any progress. It’s as if he’s deliberately dragging this out to benefit himself at our expense. This kind of behavior isn’t just incompetent it feels blatantly manipulative.

It’s abundantly clear to us that Mr. Patchet has no interest in resolution and is instead focused on wasting our time to his own financial advantage. it’s an embarrassment to the principles a law firm is supposed to uphold. He has caused us to waste significant time and money, and the way we’ve been treated by someone we trusted to represent us is truly disgusting.

When I say we’ve been ignored, I mean it. Multiple requests for a detailed invoice have been shrugged off, and Mr. Adam Patchet continues to send emails to an outdated address despite being given an updated one. This is basic professionalism, and he can’t even manage that. As a professional myself, I would never treat any of my clients with such blatant disregard. His failure to listen, his lack of follow-through, and his dismissive attitude have left us feeling utterly disrespected.

Our attempts to resolve this amicably have failed, so now we will be taking further steps. After consulting with another attorney, we’ve been advised to file a formal complaint. We refuse to remain silent while Mr. Patchet disregards his obligations as a legal professional and ignores the trust we placed in your firm.

Let me be clear this is $10,000 of my hard earned money, gone with nothing to show for it and then asked for another 10k with no progress , so he wants a total of 20k with no work into this case is Ludacris and a complete scam. As a single mother of four, including a child with special needs, I am disgusted that Mr. Patchet is playing games with something as serious as our livelihood. This isn’t just about money it’s about trust, respect, and decency. All of which Mr. Patchet has shown a complete lack of.

Mr. Adam Patchet, you should be ashamed and disgusted of how you have handle your practice. Hopefully one day you will gain the ethic and have the dedication to actually serve your clients with integrity.

Back in 2014 the late Peter Bedard handled the paperwork for my first house, and was very professional. I've since wanted to look into adding my spouse to the title deed, and figured it would make sense to use the same firm.

Called 2023-09-19 and spoke with one of their two receptions. She was polite, took my information (contact, previous file #, that I was inquiring about deed change process / cost) and said it would be passed along to the Realty team.

Followed up 2023-10-03 after hearing nothing back for two weeks. Spoke with their other receptionist who was also polite. I mentioned I was following up on my previous request, and she was able to pull up what the first receptionist had sent to the Realty team (which confirmed to me the first request was in fact sent). She apologized and said she would send them a follow-up.

It's now 2023-10-22, almost another three weeks later, and still have not heard back. No point following up again when I can't even get a callback. If the team was too busy, or just not interested in that kind of work, that would have been fine, but let your potential clients know. It's been a waste of my time when I could have easily called any number of other firms.

The 1 star is simply for the polite receptionists.

My ex boyfriend from years ago used this law firm to handle his car accident suit. He said that his attorney, the lady, was excellent and went above and beyond the call of duty for his case. Great advice, he won his suit and was bragging about how wonderful this law firm is.

Called them because I needed their assistance to help me with employment matters and they were too worried about going on vacation a lady I was speaking with was rushing me to get to offices to hand in things in person because she didn't want to enter her password for Adobe to show her my employment contract made things more of headache and stress for me than it had to be after the fact I handed in to her a bunch of my personal information and what was going on on the first phone call she said she was going to hand this in then she calls me the next day saying that I have to rush to the office to hand in paperwork because she doesn't want to enter her password into Adobe because she doesn't know what it is crazy I asked her to transfer me to someone that is willing to help she said that that person won't be in the office tomorrow well that's not today she was More concerned about her vacation than anything else very upsetting as I am being belittled and bullied and harassed at work due to medical reasons and this lawyer is supposed to be here to help us and all they did was basically push me away don't recommend
