I asked Dillon to put in an RV/Garage Pad in my back yard. He forecast being able to do the work in August or September. He then had space to fit me in at the end of July so I was very pleased to get the job done. The excavation and preparation was done in half a day. His crew came 2 days later and placed the cement and finished it on the Friday evening. All cleaned up and tidy by lunchtime Saturday. A pleasure to work with him on this. We needed a concrete floor for our barn. We called 10+ contractors and companies, Straight Edge stood far above all of them. Dillon was competent in his advice and was responsible in his promises. He gave us a quote late in the fall, and promised to do the project first thing in the spring weather permitting. We touch-based in March, and April he was on site, as promised. Dillon and crew were extremely courteous and polite, kept the site clean, and most importantly - did a great job pouring the floor. And also he committed to his estimate from 5 months ago! In our experience - the most reliable and serious contractor, we would not hesitate recommending him for concrete work!

Dillon Lacroix and his crew blew us away with the work they did for us. We were looking for a company to help us create a beautiful backyard patio out of concrete and they absolutely delivered.

The customer service provided was top notch. I was impressed by his commitment to his customer, especially to the delivery of on-site project evaluations and the project cost estimate in the exact timeline he stated.....for a long weekend, that was awesome! We received our estimate on the Monday and when I called Tuesday to proceed, he was ready and willing to fit us into his schedule and delivered a project timeline. Dillon and his crew were punctual and hard working everyday and it is because of this strong work ethic that they were able to deliver project completion on the date promised. They were all outstandingly polite, friendly and caring of their workspace and our home. You would have never guessed that a bobcat had been working in the yard or on the public land space. They made sure they power washed the pathway and street to clean all traces of mud and soil post landscape levelling. They made sure the yard was secured every night so our pets could go out in the evenings. If any issues came up, Dillon was on the ball to immediately notify us and was able to come up with great solutions. When it came to the design of the stamped and colour concrete, he had a great variety of choices. You can tell that he has a great eye because he made sure the tone of the colours chosen directly complimented the colour of our home’s exterior beautifully.

They executed a beautiful project and we couldn’t be happier with our backyard patio. Dillon has owned his company since 2011 and has worked with concrete six years prior to that and you can absolutely see this strong experience come into play with project management and project execution from initial contact, right through to the end where excellence, talent and professionalism were unquestionably delivered!
