I have used Stephen Shub's office for numerous real estate transactions such as purchasing condos and adding my name to title. The team is very efficient and organized. Majority of the communication prior to closing is with the law clerks. For the closing transaction we met with Stephen in person. I would highly recommend them for all of your real estate transaction needs. Something to keep in mind there is a surcharge for properties values over $500K, for every $100K above this amount it was about $50.
