我对这种行为深感担忧，并质疑这是否是律师事务所应有的专业标准。我寻求服务是为了获得帮助和尊重，但我什么也没得到。

我强烈建议其他真正寻求法律帮助和尊重的人重新考虑他们的选择，不要来这里！

I contacted this law office requesting a quote for conveyancing a condo we are selling. I clearly answered all the questions and requested information and informed Henry that it was an estate sale. He then provided us with a fee quote. I then confirmed I accepted the fee quote and forwarded proof of the Grant of Probate related to the estate sale. I then received email 1 from a Dominic informing me that we would have to file the Probate documents at the Land Title Office on my own and when I replied to clarify, I received email 2 that the Stella Yan Law Office would not be able to assist us at all. This has just wasted two weeks of my time and is unprofessional. Throughout the whole client intake process, the Law Office acted strangely as if they were suspicious of my legitimate request for legal services.
