Irwin had assisted us in our first home purchase. Nice guy however missed a lot with us. There was no diligence on his part. We have a message from the past suggesting Irwin would have the water heater in our home paid by the seller. We did not follow up on this or make sure of it as we trusted our lawyer to take care of it. As we came across our bills and noticed these charges, we wanted this rectified; however at that point Irwin informed us that we signed off on this being a rental with purchase at end of term (10years come to find out) The rental agreement for this water heater by the end of the term is 5x what the heater is actually worth and we are now stuck with it for many more years as the previous owner signed a ten year contract for a water heater. To be clear, we were not aware of and missed this fact at signing. Very upset as I would have rather spent more on a caring diligent lawyer to begin with.
