Nothing worse than contacting a business and not getting a reply. Went into their office Friday morning to inquire about using their services in the sale of a house. No one was available so my contact information was taken. Days later no one called.

I don’t leave many negative reviews but this was our first time buying a home for only $157,000 and we had to pay over $3,400 in legal fees with this office. I have spoken to multiple people about this (including realtors) and they have all said this was ridiculously expensive. They also made a $27,000 mistake leaving me to run around all day fixing this mistake. We will not use this office when we sell our home and would not recommend their services.

We are not typically ones to write a negative review- but here we are after feeling defeated dealing with this office… We would highly recommend finding another legal office for your home selling/purchasing needs to save time, energy, and stress.

There's no transparency. They didn't tell us that they missed something on our purchase until our Bank found out a year later and told us. Eventhough they corrected it after our Bank found out, we still have sleepless nights that something like this could happen without people like, us knowing until it's too late. I don't usually write negative reviews, but this made us worry a lot because it's our investment and they should have been transparent and took responsibility for their mistake.

I can not recommend this business enough! Both times I have come here they have been able to squeeze me in on very short notice. The notary I saw was so professional and gracious, she made a stressful time much much easier. Have and will continue to recommend to all and any friends in need!
