Prior to my experience with SBL, I was dealing with an unethical lawyer who was more than happy to drag things out, and make back door deals with opposing counsel. After 2 years and $26,000 no progress was made. When I needed to get hold of her due to some mix up with documents being filed incorrectly, or due to opposing counsel threats to not follow through with an arbitration agreement she did not return my phone calls. After 6 months I discovered (via Google search) that she had been suspended.
