If your needing a criminal lawyer look no further than the trash with this firm. I was introduced to cathrynne shortreed because the other lawyer was leaving. She asked me over the phone if I wanted to quickly take a deal or go to trial. I chose trial. Over the next several months I never met with shortreed and gave her secretary a full testimony and many videos to prove my innocence, one showing me being assaulted which was the crime I was accused of. The accuser changed their story and lied which was easily provable but shortreed refused to use any evidence I gave her and there was plenty. Shortreed yelled at me for not using proper pronouns and told me the court would find me guilty if I didn't learn to be more understanding of female diversity. She refused to collect evidence in my favour's and told me to give her bank statements to help my defense. It's not my job to prove my innocence, I remarked, it's the prosecuters' job to prove my guilt. She made no response. She didn't subpoena my 911 call or show my video of a swollen area where I was assaulted. Instead, she said the accused would claim it was self-defense. The VIDEO shows the opposite! Less than two days before trial, shorrreed calls me to say we have a deal. It was worse than prison, let me assure you. Also, she explains that the prosecutor Amy Carter worked at the law firm while I was being charged, and she was working with shortreed with my file! I didn't take the terrible deal, which would result in me never leaving the country, so she quite 4 hours later leaving me with less than 30 hours to find another lawyer. I complained to the law society against her breach of ethics par. 36.1 but learned the society is comprised of you guessed it ...LAWYERS! Amy Carter subsequently on the day of trial offered the court a stay of proceedings, which i had no choice but to accept. This was the first time I met shortreed as well. This law firm should be investigated by a higher court, AND I FULLY WELCOME A LAWSUIT FROM THIS TERRIBLE LAWFIRM. If you are in trouble and need a criminal defense lawyer don't accept anything but the best, if your innocent you have the right tona trial , not a lawyer who makes deals with her friends and then bails the second you disagree with them . The law society should be outed for what they really are and this law firm shouldn't be allowed to defend anyone ever again.

Here is my feedback after dealing with Grace, Snowdon & Terepocki LLP on a family case.

It is disheartening to see that this firm engages in overbilling without my consent or without a retainer in hand. I was let go after I have told Tonia Grace that I will be getting a second opinion on her work and filings on my family law case.
