Very knowledgeable.... They do a lot on your behalf with very little input on your part.It's quite easy to have your taxes done. And....
quite affordable. a lot less than competitors. They get to know you and your finances . Yes I highly recommend them. robin rivers

I found it expensive. When asked why it was so expensive to do my partners taxes and my taxes, I was told it will cost more if you have more than '3 slips' and that it is stated that on their website. It was not. I left with questions about the results of my taxes and was told by the same person at the counter 'she doesn't make the rules'. It's fine if I owe but she should at least have some tax knowledge. Disappointing.

My son and I had drove in from Guelph to pickup our Income Tax return today. I have been doing estate taxs and personal taxs here for several years. The blonde haired lady at the reception waved us in to enter the office but without a hi, hello or even a smile. I even leaned over to my son and said do we even get a "Hi"quietly I expected better from a business that is well known in the mall for many years and as i was referred to by the bank in the mall also. I owed a larger sum on my income tax then what I was expecting, when I asked her would you know why when my workers comp is tax free and where would I find that on my taxs she was of no help. Maybe the front reception should know a little about returns also instead of just collecting the fees to do the taxs? When i paid and asked if that was my receipt in the debit machine she grabbed it away rudely. As we were leaving I said maybe you want to smile or at least say hello She proceeded to say" WOW" like she was shocked I was saying she was unfriendly and another older women came out saying she's always friendly I said really you both better have a look at the security footage and then tell me I'm lying. Also in the past years there were errors made on some of my income tax returns, small so I just let them slide but really shouldnt be I know for a fact there's lots of other Income Tax business' that would love a new customer so we won't be back.!
