I had an insurance claim and I chose Simplicity as the reviews were great. I understood that it would take a few months to get my vehicle in and my car was still driveable, so I booked. I am really impressed with their work! My car looks new again as well as they did a FULL detail inside! I was absolutely not expecting that and I was quite overjoyed when I picked my car up on Christmas Eve with it smelling so fresh and looking so spotless.
Insurance claims are a pain in the booty and we all know how backed up shops can get, so my patience paid off! Im very greatful Simplicity was so easy to communicate with. Thank You!!

Don't know how they get good reviews. The rust repair we paid almost 2000.00 for all came back in weeks. After the fourth repair on the truck they refused to fix it again. Owner said couldn't cut it out due to a brace behind the area. Did it myself (10ft job) no brace behind. It still hasn't come back. Real rip off. Looked like sanded and painted. Nothing else

The team at Simplicity were very awesome to deal with. Professional work and quality. You can definitely tell the team there took pride in their work as my car was returned to me professionally cleaned and looked like the day I bought it. Great job guys! Would definitely recommend you to anyone!

I needed some help with replacing a rear washer nozzle. Turns out that it went all the way back to the brake light and body part above the tailgate. Bryce came out to check the situation and listened to my situation and my concerns. He knew exactly what to do. He and his crew did a great job in taking it apart and putting back together again as it should be. And at a really great price. Thanks for the great work and a great experience.

I didn't have the joys of service from this shop. I was suppose to use them for an insurance claim but they were unable to get me an appointment for a month and a half after my accident, I booked the first appointment that they had or so I thought just in case. My insurance company provided me with a few other shops and after calling around I was able to find one that could get me in right away so I chose to go with another shop instead. I called to cancel my appointment today and to my joy I found out I wasn't even booked in even after the fact I booked a spot a month ago. Just reassurance that I made the right choice in choosing another shop.
