Sandy Sihota is a terrible lawyer. If you obtain her, prepare for her to send unpaid law students to show up for her in court. I have seen this more than five times. She cannot write a proper court or and doesn’t file documents that she is required to, even after being reprimanded from a judge. I once waited 19 months to get a filed court order back from her and I am again waiting to get an updated one back that should have been completed in 2023. Even with multiple reminders.

Once I even had to write up the court order for her even though I’m not a lawyer and she was paid to do it. Then, I asked her to read through it to ensure it was correct before signing it. The day I filed it she complained that something wasn’t right after the signing off of it and filing. I have never come across a lawyer who was as unprofessional and unorganized. I’m surprised of the star rating for her. I am sure the reviews are from friends. I have been working with Sandy for the last five years as the opposing party.
