Thank you to Mr. Shoniker and his amazing assistant Christine! An old friend recommended him to me as Tom helped him when he was younger.
As a parent unsure of how the youth justice system works and what my next steps were to be my first contact with his team they made the process very simple for me and guided me through all the necessary steps we needed to take.
Anytime I had a question or a concern Christine would promptly contact me back and assure me that things were going to be okay, a question never went unanswered. They really care and that’s what makes them the team you want on your side. First and foremost, I am taken back as to why Tom Shoniker Law has ONLY a 4.9 star rating and NOT a 5?

Tom and Christine have proven time and time again as to why they are by far the BEST Law Office. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service and MOST IMPORTANTLY the way they handled my specific case. I think we ALL can agree that the words "DISMISSED and ACQUITTAL" are equivalent to the feeling of pretty much winning a lotto! Well in my opinion, if you are EVER looking to 'win a lotto' and to feel totally at ease, HIRE THEM ASAP! I DID!

It's often said that when choosing a lawyer you do your homework and scout one out that you feel has your best interest. Choose one that you feel confident about, someone that has your best interest, one that will get you the best possible outcome according to your matter at hand. Excellent service provided by Mr Shoniker,
A well respected man within the court and as well from his clients, you simply won’t find a better lawyer than him. Long story short Mr shoniker is a very knowledgeable man when it comes to the matters he deals with, he’s been doing this for well over 30 years. I've been using Tom Shoniker as my lawyer for 31 years. Everyone has always said I've been extremely lucky with the outcome of my cases, but that's not luck, its having Tom Shoniker in my corner. I just finished a trial today where the crown was asking 9 months in jail. I walked out of there once again a free man. He is truly passionate about his work, and truly cares about his clients and the outcome of there cases.
