HIDDEN CHARGES. they do not like answering the phone. Got to there office on closing day and found out that they charged me $200 dollars for bank delay. I was never asked or informed about these charges. All they asked me was to bring in the final bank draft on closing day and was said that they ll explain the charges on closing day. Its just when I am ready to sign, they tell me about these extra $200. Also during the whole process, I tried to call them multiple times to ask questions as I was a first home buyer, never answered the phone.

Recently, I have done multiple Sale/Buy transactions which were back to back in just 3 weeks of short time period. Farouk took care of all of them in a perfect way and completed all of them on time. Farouk and his team assisted us with closing two property purchase, one last year and one this year in the Calgary area. In both purchases, they did excellent jobs.
