You can only get to speak with the lawyer in the first call when you are hiring, no contact in subsequent contacts. Was heavily overcharged, was too late for me to change lawyer at that point as couldn't get through to them before. Also paid extra as wasn't told the exact payment amount until last day, was told it'll be refunded, still awaiting to hear from them. Called, left VM to no avail.

The staff was very helpful in dealing with my landlord-tenant issue and were very prompt in dealing with my questions. Got what I needed from the process at a quite reasonable price.
