Needed a chunk of land transfered between parties where time was of essence, at first they said they could do it then a month after taking my money (850$) they inform me that they are unable to proceed and refunded my money because the owner lives in another country. They even kept me waiting a full day for a promised phone call that they never made. Honestly they are very unprofessional!

Came in about ten minutes late but they didn't seem to mind. Got my change of name and gender designation forms notarized quick and painlessly. Staff were friendly and exceptionally nice throughout the process. Just sat down and waited, got called over to sign and swear it as true, then paid.

Sherry and her team are amazing and I can't believe I was so nervous over something so simple. Quick and kind responses to email too.

Brought my father's Power of Attorney papers (filled it out on the BC Government provided form) to Sherry for notarizing. She asked a couple of pertinent questions to myself and my father, looked over the contents of the document and signed. This took 5-10 minutes and the costs were a 5th of the person my father had used before. Great to the point services, well done.

Terrible service. Booked an appointment nearly a month in advance just to be told she never even worked on the document and canceled the appointment the day of arrival. Was from out of town and got no heads up on canceling the appointment ahead of time.
