Where to start!
Natalina Tricarico, one of the BIA Insolvency Counsellor’s for this company, was the first person to make contact with me. She is kindness incarnate. From the first email, to the first one-on-one conversation we shared, she was thoughtful, charming, funny, and understanding. It was akin to talking to a friend that I’ve known for years, about my life’s problems. It took very little time to sort out what I needed to do, the process was very easy and somewhat smooth (my fault I was a little unprepared lol) but she was very patient with me. If you have debt, don’t keep letting it ruin your life, stop your suffering. I encourage anyone struggling financially to take the plunge and rip that bandaid off and who better than with this company? If the other staff members are even a sliver as sweet as Natalina? It’ll be a breeze and virtually painless.

She was the one that took up where Natalina left off, for my FaceTime interview/discussion.
