Pathetic experience. Most unprofessional team i have ever experienced. I have processed my kid's study permit in January after purchased LMIA in Dec 2024. Blocked my calls in Feb so I could only contact through emails that to their India office only. Got ADR request on 20th June which was submitted on 25th June. Application rejected on 3rd July. After getting rejection, they intimated me that as per new policy we need to submit letter of admission from any school. Have you been waiting for the refusal to let me know about new policy ? I mean, this could have been avoided. If you have communicated with me appropriately, we could have arranged admission letter from the school my kid is studying already since more than 6 months now. I am seeking for the full refund of money paid to you via online transfer and cash.
