I would give them 10 starts if I could! Not just because I wont my case, mostly because I knew I don't need to think about this case and can go after my life. Just stop searching and contact these guys, amazing team, very knowledgable, respectful and everything is super clear! I had a case in LTB (Toronto), and I contacted them very late, ~15 days before my court date. They set up a meeting, went above and beyond and worked after hours to put together my evidence (that I didn't even know can be counted as evidence!) and submit it before the deadline. Charlotte was with me every step of the way, made sure I know every detail of what I should expect, walked me through different scenarios and what can we do in each case! and right after the court session (which we won) she called me, explained to me the appeal process or the tools available to my opposing party, and everything I could expect to avoid future shocks. I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with [Zeeshan Rahman] and was thoroughly disappointed. The lack of clear communication was staggering, leaving me confused and uncertain about my case's progress.

What's more concerning was the apparent lack of understanding of tenancy rules, which was a fundamental aspect of their practice. The billing was also shocking - exorbitant charges for simple emails that should have been included in the contract fee, which was already substantial.

The approach felt inhumane, prioritizing profits over client well-being. I would strongly advise against working with [Zeeshan Rahman] due to his poor service and questionable business practices.
