Our basement at home (and our business office) were devastated by the atmospheric river of October 19, 2024. Tom and his crew were available to come on the actual day of the atmospheric river to start drying out the basement and begin the remediation efforts. Throughout the process of fixing and renovating our basement and office, the ServPro staff were superb….they understood that they were dealing with individuals in a very difficult circumstance and were incredibly professional and understanding to deal with. They also helped us to deal with the intricacies of our insurance claims. The work that they did at both locations was excellent and reasonably priced. Had some water damages to my drywall and ceiling at my home. Out of several restoration companies that I contacted for quotations to repair and restore the damaged drywall ceilings, Tom from ServePro was the best in responding, assessing and providing a fair and reasonable quote for the restoration services that I needed. I am very happy and satisfied with Tom's knowledge, expertise and customer service and the work done by ServePro especially with Gill who was the trades person who expertly and professionally repaired and restored the drywall and ceiling that was water damaged to looking like brand new again.
