Tell me why it’s ok to bang on someone door and repeatedly ring the doorbell at 8 pm at night?!?! I am sick and was in bed.
The notice wasn’t even for me! And the dude was rude as hell.

This company steals stuff. They took a Long list of stuff from.our shop, didn't put it on the list on purpose, and then say they didn't take it.. they broke personal property, threw stuff in garbage and first thing they did was disabled cameras so there is no proof. So if you had stuff sized by them or hired them, maybe you should talk to your tenant to see what they are doing. We were always in contact with property manager and were willing to work with them to pay few months rent we owed cause of uellowhead construction in front of our place. We were never even served with anything.

Did anyone Sue this Bailiff Agency ? If not it's better to do it who ever had the bad experices, otherwise they will not stop doing this wrong actions. I have been reading all the comments here, unfortunately I have also been going through their wrong actions which affected me and my life in many ways. My file was with a Lady (Origin from India) in this company and she ordered to seize my vehicle even if i send her the proof of payment I have made to the bank. Now the ADESA want the bailif to take back the vehicle from theit yard and give back to the customer. I also confirmed the bank that they have got all the payments. The collection agency even closed the file and inform to return the vehicle. But this bailiff agency took my vehicle and keep it in the adesa yard. Even I called the bank and they don't even know this company seized the vehicle.

it's been 7+ days after they took the vehicle and I couldn't go to work , and I have been going through stress and defamation. So I am going to sue the person who handled my file and this agency. Otherwise they will not stop doing this wrong actions to the public.

I do not care how much money I have pay to the lawyer but need to find answer for this wrong actions from this company and the staff. I hope the Alberta civil enforcement department should check if this staff is eligible to have this license / eligible to work in company.

I belive nothing will stop this person untill this person learn a lesson so that in future atleast he/she will be more professional when dealing with the customers.

If anyone has complaints about bailiff actions you have the right to complain against a bailiff to Alberta Civil Enforcement - just for an info incase if anyone don't know about it.

Have an excellent service from Serv-it. Kelly Dunn was amazing as a bailiff. Also, Brad at the office was awesome and very helpful to walk through the whole process. I will always recommend Serv-it to my knowns. They are very professional in bailiff services. Also, i would recommend staying away from Consolidated Law inforcement.

Disgusting service. Terrible. Hard times and a bill gets missed? Count on servit to stab a knife in between your ribs and give it a real twist. Because why care when you can overcharge a service for over 200% of missed dues.

Received a notice to serve through fb messenger from a individual at this company. And yes from her personal account. Doesn’t get much more unprofessional than this. Ridiculous. They never ONCE attempted to call me but jumped on an opportunity to send me a fb message. Next time, you may want to think twice about using a personal account to message the people you would like to serve.
