We had a great experience with Calvin and his team. They are professional and courteous. They found the issue and did a great job at working with the insurance company to fix the issue. From past experience your choice of a restoration company is very important especially in the early stages to mitigate damage. Call them, you will be happy you did!

I had a water issue in my furnace room over the weekend and emailed a couple of companies on a Saturday night at 10 pm hoping to have a reply on Monday morning. Calvin not only replied that late but then said I could call him!! I talked to him about my issue and we thought it could wait until Monday. I had water leak again the next day and once again I text him and he replied back promptly. Monday morning he came bright and early and spent an hour of his time checking my house to say that he thinks my place is fine and that no other work would be needed. I can't say enough good things about his customer service. I wish all businesses were like his!

Our commercial store suffered from water damage due to roof leak. Our stores operate 7 days a week and the impact to operations significant the longer our store is closed. I immediately reached out to Service Master in Medicine Hat and had a conversation with Calvin. Both he and Dave were immediately onsite at our store, commencing work right away to minimize damage, source root cause and begin restoration efforts. There were many obstacles to overcome, roof leaked a second time, was over Thanksgiving weekend and my requests for varying job scope were handled with ease, professionalism, the greatest of courtesy and willingness. Both Dave and Calvin were hands on, took control and ownership of the task at hand, treating our store as their own in dedication, oversight and concern. Both a pleasure to deal with, very responsive, worked long hours to meet deadlines, did amazing at ensuring needs skilled trades were readily available. The quality of work was second to none and follow up in every aspect of the job, being onsite after hours and on holiday to check on things. The hard work, commitment to job and taking ownership of tasks made for a smooth transition from damage, to repair and to reopening our store. Dave and Calvin exemplify what true customer service is and tackling every task handed them.
