They quickly got to work to find out what happened, and laid out some options for me to move forward along with the pros and cons. We recently found some mold growing in our home, so we sought professional guidance to assess the situation and recommend appropriate actions. Justin was awesome - he got right down to business when he showed up at our house. There is no doubt that he has deep knowledge and experience in his field of work. He examined our problematic areas, as well as other areas of the house, gave us insight as to what the problem likely is, and helped us better understand our situation. He then provided us with steps to tackle the current mold situation, and permanent solutions of removal. Where do I begin! The more I looked at my house that was full of junk and clutter. The more it all needed to go. And yes, it was a hoarding situation. 15 years of not being allowed to throw anything away, after my husband passed I sat there and felt completely overwhelmed by the situation in my home. I reached out to service master via their online form and was phoned within the hour by a wonderful man named Justin! I did not know then that he was the GM of the Grande Prairie location, I only found out because I went snooping on the website after. He just introduced himself as Justin. He sat there and he asked some questions, but more importantly he listened, listened to what I wanted, what I had been through and what I needed from them. He asked why I chose that route instead of going local to Peace River, and honestly it was because i wanted someone with no ties to myself or my deceased husband. I wanted a quick, bandaid ripped off approach. No emotions tied to the situation so to speak. This man gave me his personal cell to send him photos and videos so he could quote me. Within a week from first contact I had an appointment and the guys showed up to empty my place. They kept in contact with me, texted me photos if they questioned anything. And took everything away no questions asked. The weight these gentleman lifted from my shoulders in a matter of hours can not be explained. Justin is a wonderful man who made me laugh when he could tell I was going to cry, they all made something traumatic, easy to handle. Justin is an asset to Service Master, and the employees, especially Odi were top notch and professional. If you need anything done in your home or outside of your home. Do not hesitate to contact these guys. They will take amazing care of you and they will always make things fair.

We were one of the individuals who were part of the Dunes West Wildfire early in May 2023. We were evacuated for 13 days and our power was cut for 12 days. When we came home we were very fortunate, to have no fire or smoke damage. But unfortunately we had to dispose of our two refrigerators and deep freeze which were contaminated with rotting food. Jindy from Service Master Grande Prairie showed up the day of our return to our home and they began working on dealing with cataloguing what was in all three appliances. Worked with our insurance company and then came and emptied the three appliances disposed of the food and move the appliance to the outside for safe disposal. In the process they were extremely polite and prompt, they even showed us where they made a few minor dents in the walls moving the deep freeze up the stairs and they indicated that they would be back to repair those things. After they left, we discovered that the water line to our old refigerator was not fully shutdown. Service Master had a flooring contractor and plumber here within 2 hours to fix and deal with those things too. We had nothing to worry about from the moment we call Service Master of Grande Prairie. We will definitely use them again or speak their praises to anyone .
