We recently had work done by Service Master on our water
damaged kitchen. The service we received was done professionally and in a timely manner. The staff were knowledgeable, detailed and obliging. All our concerns were handled without any issues and our home was left clean with very happy customers. Stuart the operations manager was exceptional, he insured all the jobs were completed to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend Service Master

We has a laundry room flood our place on Boxing Day of this year. Servicemaster was recommended by our insurance company to project manage our restoration. From the start, Kramer and team were professional, responsive and skilled in getting our home back to a damage free state. All contractors they recommended were extremely professional as well. I would highly recommend Servicemaster for any restoration needs.

Once again, huge call-out to Kramer, Gordon and team.

Not very happy with their service. They were called to come clean my house after our oil tank sprang a bad leak. They put in two machines to blow out the bad air but used only cardboard and painters tape to seal the windows which didn't stay sealed and insects/bugs or vermin had very easy access to get in. When I called to get information about the cleanup process, the individual was a bit snippy and spoke to le like I wasn't supposed to call in and ask for information. While the company may be good in some instances, I definitely would not use them in my home for anything.

Friendly and helpful. Got the job done fast. Were very clean. We were happy until the job started to fail and noticed cut corners and poor attention to detail. Especially when it came to laying a floor where the pieces were never mixed, and there is now identical pieces next to one another, and the flooring has started to separate at the seams. Perhaps they were just to quick.

The ServiceMaster team came in and helped us fix our bathroom after extensive damage caused by broken glass. They team was incredible, responsive, punctual and their attention to detail was amazing. The scope of our repair was huge and required a number of subcontractors to manage everything from demo to tile to painting. The contractors that ServiceMaster hired to manage the project were all so so so talented. I am beyond grateful for the support ServiceMaster offered us. I don't know how we would've managed the repair without them.

Have mold issues in Attic. They came to assess and never heard back from them. Emailed the inspector twice. Still no response. This was last fall, now having to seek others to do the work.
