I waited on the phone for 4 hours to get an employee a rapid antigen test kit, after returning from the US. My call was dropped when an emergency test of the public alert system was broadcast.

Why was I on hold for a local number? And can my employee return to work? They were cleared by the Canadian government.

If i could give 0 or -!
No way to talk to an agent on the phone, they take off the line during the week! I have been trying to call for ages now. Sometimes the line works and you waist 40minutes in the loops of the autmated message! Once you speak to someone all they say is ( we don t know! We can t give you any information at this time) zero transparency about my application, and they ask me to call next week… it s been more than a month! And today the line isn t even ringing!

1 Star because I'm not able to give 0. I called into the office inquiring about some documents. I had the wrong Service Ontario but thought they might be able to help me with what I would need to bring when I go to the right one. They said they couldn't help me, gave me the fax number for the right S.ON. and then without even a good day, they hung up on me.
I am very disappointed with the woman who answered my phone call. This was the only office who would pick up the phone in the first place.

I walked in today to renew my health card. Kind courteous service and I was done in less than 2 min. Never seen that kind of efficiency before anyplace .

This is the Land Registry Office. They only provide Land Titles services. They DO NOT assist with Birth, Death, Marriage Certificates, Health Cards or Drivers Licences.
