Quite possibly the most rude group of individuals I have ever spoken to. I thought Canadians were supposed to be nice. They were very rude and discriminatory when I told them I wasn't a Canadian citizen and I am so shocked that in a country considered progressive, that they employ individuals like this. I hope they have my correspondence recorded because it is quite shocking. Blatant disrespect and discrimination. 2 separate calls and two separate demeaning, rude, condescending voices. Really glad I moved to Canada....though you people were friendly.

Quick, kind and attentive service. Seeing the reviews on here I was expecting either to wait a long time or to be treated rudely but I had nothing but quick, efficient and kind treatment from the employees at this service Canada while getting my SIN number as an international student. (Which is why I felt it important to post a review, since in my personal opinion it does not deserve the low rating).

There is an Angel called Joanne who was able to assist our families and myself in information regarding travel to NS - you know who you are and there is a star shining above for your empathy and compassion and helping us through this trying time.
