Went there on a Monday morning….all kind of parking. Waited about five minutes to go through reception to get a ticket. Waited another 5 minutes maybe for my number. I was there for my renewal of drivers license. Spoke to one more guy, paid, got picture taken and was out of there taking altogether no more than 15 minutes. And I was served ver well in French. Very efficient system !!!

Bought my bike at Riverview Honda on the 5th of June 2025, it is now the 9th of July, and they still have not received my registration back from SNB at Brookside Mall!! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE STANDARDS! Spoke to a couple of dealerships in the Moncton area, they told me they normally get their registrations back within a couple of days from dropping off the paperwork. Maybe the Brookville Mall location needs some major remedial training and extra personnel hired. I always use the Burton location myself and have never had any issues.

Of all the places I have been, this facility is ABSOLUTELY the worst. The lady in front office with the glasses has absolutely no clue what to do. I had to literally travel 3 times for a simple "simple" task. On top of it all, absolutely no sign of courtesy. I wish I had somebody who was older and experienced to assist me.

These people live off our taxes, money that we pay out of our earnings to pay life easier for us but that doesn't happen here. I hope somebody sees this review and takes action(likely not). A lesson of personal etiquette is much needed.

Unprofessional and Inefficient Service
This office is extremely unorganized. You have to visit at least 10 times just to get one thing done. The reception is not professional, and the system is frequently down. They show no respect for clients’ time. Avoid this place if possible.

It's extremely unprofessional to see security walking around with airpods in, can tell its them very clearly, other then that everything was good. the same security gaurd was swearing behind customers at the old location.

Edit- September 6 had a motorbike test today arrived ar 335 test was at 345, stood in line for 10 mins was charged for the test but was told I was late. No shit I stood inline for 10 mins. Refused to give me my money back, SNB is a joke.

Enjoyed watching the girl playing at being a security officer, that phone if hers must of been quite interesting because she spent over 15 minutes on it and NEVER looked up. Hope she got paid well for texting on that thing!!

I went to this office to exchange my out-of-province driver's license. I managed to get there way before their closing time. But I was told that the process takes time and that they were pretty backed up. I have to go back on another day, I was given the business hours. But I know about those. I cannot make it during the week, Saturday is the only day I can come in, and still I can't get the service done because it's a long process Thank you for checking my documents though to see I got everything I needed.

Despite claiming that debit cards can be used to pay security deposits, my Visa Debit Card was rejected as a credit card; the receptionist who helped me claimed that this is an issue they were aware of and suggested I write a cheque instead. If you have a visa debit card be prepared to have a backup method of payment, they do not accept credit cards nor some visa debit cards
