I’m looking forward to the day that this service replaces its human workers for AI. Many of the people who answer the phones are rude and unhelpful. Some of the employees seem to have stress management and interpersonal issues while struggling with basic human interactions over the phone.

I think the lady who answered my call both times today was having a bad day, because she hung up on me within a second of her answering. I get they're busy, but at least wait 2 seconds so I can respond. I don't have time to sit around for 45 mins a pop, just to be hung up on, when I'm trying to report a shady business. I guess I get to waste my next day off trying to get ahold of them again.

KIJIJI handles too much $$$ but freeze accounts and hold money already prepaid. BUT don't even have a phone number, go figure.

All government departments need to be shut down and privatized. All these unaccountable, unprofessional, privileged government workers needs to come to an end. They have zero respect for citizens, work from home with no immediate supervisor looking over them, take monthly vacations, if they work at government office locations they take two hour lunch breaks, hour long coffee breaks etc. etc. they do not help anyone. Stop this waste of tax payer money and privatize already.

This is a disgusting service. I have tried since Jan 2, 3, 4 and now again January 8, 2023 and was on hold for over 30++ minutes each time.
This is UNBELIEVABLE....Read all of the other terrible replies.

Why does Edmonton have the worst service in Canada?i tried going to commerce place to speak to service Alberta in person and it wasent open to the public.appartently need to have an appointment to see them to go on the elevators to top because I asked security about it in commerce place.i tried phoning in and no answer waiting for a while.not only service Alberta but all Edmonton services is garbage for no help and other supports
