Serge was an amazing lawyer. He helped me through my separation and subsequent divorce from 2016-19. He was polite, respectful and supportive. Whenever a communication (letter, email, etc) came through from opposition, he would quickly forward it to me and was prepared to immediately respond after I had a chance to review it all. He met with me on occasion to sign and go through paperwork or to prepare for an upcoming case conference to make sure everything was ready to go. He was very efficient and kept me in the loop with everything concerning my case. I was able to email him as well and he always responded in timely fashion. His receptionist was wonderful as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Serge! You won’t regret it.

I retained Serge about 6 years ago for my family law case. before he had his own firm and was employed elsewhere. When my exwife figured out I was paying for a lawyer she would email him all kinds of ridiculous stuff all in an attempt to cost me money as every email he would respond to cost me somewhere in the neighborhood of $50. I spoke to Serge and told him to stop responding to her stupid emails. " he refused and said he had to because I retained him." My ex would constantly misfiled or neglect to file key documents in time so out of the kindness of his heart Serge would email her and walk her through the process "while billing me of course" I asked that he stop doing this and let her take care of herself again he refused and continued to help my exwife as she had no attorney or common sense. In hine sight I should have just added my exwife's name on the retainer because he probably helped her more than me. I cancelled my retainer shortly after and was able to get about a fifth of it back. If you need a pitbull this is not your guy unless he's done a 180 in the last 5 years.
