You have to see Rhondel at Self Care Anywhere LTD , I have long term pain and tightness issues and the massage is next level excellent, but even better is the education she gives on what you can do at home and in between massages. She sells some wonderful, inexpensive tools to help get to the knots right on your living room floor.

3 physiotherapist, countless massages and it is the 2 treatments from Rhondel, using the tune up balls at home and following her advice for areas to strengthen that's changed my life!!
