I was referred to Sean by a lawyer who handles my employment contracts. My only requirement was I needed a real estate lawyer who is good and I was told Sean Larjani is the only one he would recommend with confidence. My wife and I just purchased our dream home which is in a rural area north of Toronto so we wanted a lawyer who understood a more complicated closing. The lender requirements were tough and the property had many items that required attention which all needed to be satisfied before close. We felt overwhelmed until we started working with Sean and his faithful legal assistant, Bahar. Both Sean and Bahar are incredibly knowledgeable, calm and professional. They are also very responsive to calls and emails which is important to me when I work with a professional. All of our worries were addressed and resolved. Everyone can agree that moving is stressful but we can say with 100% honesty that Sean and Bahar in actual fact, alleviated much of the burden with their work ethic and expertise. Trust me when I say use Sean Larjani for all your real estate legal needs. Last, the fees, in my opinion, were too low for the exceptional quality of work and amount of time Sean spent on our file. He should have charged us more lol!!!
