I bought a set of four tires for my truck at Scotia Tire about 6 months ago. Today I went in there to get a tire on my wife's vehicle repaired. It had a nail in it. They repaired the tire, no appointment needed, and did it for free. Thank you Scotia tire for looking after me. Great customer service experience! I'll be back.

Dropped in today with a couple of slow leaks that I needed looked at as I would be travelling the weekend. Quickly got me in and found some corrosion around the rim. Since I had purchased tires previously there was no cost for the repairs! The second time this has happened. I cannot recommend these guys enough. They have always been courteous and efficient and I always feel confident that I will be treated fairly. I will not go anywhere else in the future when I need to purchase new tires. They could teach others how to run a shop and treat customers. Thank you!

Had a flat tire on the morning of our toddlers surgery, we filled it with air and made it to the shop. I explained the rush emergency and Pierre took it in right away and repaired it so we could make it to the hospital on time. I’m so grateful for his empathy and urgency in taking care of something stressful on an already stressful day. Thank you!!!

Purchased these two new Uniroyals a week ago and experienced this flat tire yesterday. Rob and his team did an amazing job getting me back on the road 4 hours later. Just a little disappointed that the manufacturer warranty did not cover this flat and a road hazard warranty, If purchased, (which I was never offered) would have. I assumed the road hazard warranty was included in the price like other tire centres do. A lesson learned!
