Horrible services been calling for 2 days as the receptionist is very rude and told me I all ready called and hung up. Very unprofessional for a legal place - complant will be made to legal aid about this malicious activity. On hold for over an hour every time and never once was rude to them. Investigation pending .

Worst experience ever. Tried talking to one lady, she couldn't understand what I needed. Transfered me to the other one. The other one asked so many irrelevant things that I gave up...

Don't recommend. They all seem so unprofessional.

Antonia was wonderful. She was patient, compassionate and professional. I was so nervous, but she treated me with dignity and respect. She promptly returned calls, clearly explained everything, and did everything she said she would do. The staff on the phone and at the front desk were also very pleasant and helpful. There are no benefits dealing with these guys as they want you to do everything yourself and the poor quality and not professional and they don't help you with things when they can help you with it as part of their policy to do it I hope somebody bigger than this guys look at this and leave the supervisor or somebody that has been involved in dealing with these guys as I search online on their website that they are able to help you with many different things. they lie and said we're not able to do this they make people do things on their own when they have hard time getting access to these things online
