We like the service and our banking interactions have been very positive. It's a small town and sascu is the only bank that seems to want to service sicamous and we should be thankful for that! Other banks apparently left years ago and show no sign of returning so we are forrunate we have a full service banking choice in town. I'm always amazed at how some folks take a minor grievance and make it a huge deal like sascu in sicamous ahould be burnt to the ground for a minor slight. Overall great friendly people work at sascu and I've always found them very eager to help with any banking needs I have had. 2 thumbs up for a local bank.

Today I went to the teller and had a very simple request of exchanging 55 dollars in toonies and 1 loonie or 25 toonies 1 loonie for Bill's, I was met by being told I would need to use the change machine, its shocking to me and it begs the questionAre the sascus staff simply to incompetent to count our a few coins or just to lazy, as usual a complete lack of effort from your "friendly small town bank" they claim to have big city service and savings but as usual fall far from the mark
As someone who banked with larger banking branches like td and Scotia bank I can assure you most times you will find a much friendlier and customer friendly attitude and better deals for saving for your children and loved ones
dont know if its just being that the staff are sour towards locals and people who live in town or it's just the values of the management to treat customers badly but sicamous would very much benefit from more options in terms of banking
