My experience with Sarah's office significantly impacted my ability to prepare for a time-sensitive LTB hearing. I reached out by phone and email, but didn't receive a response for over a week. When I finally heard back, I was told a retainer form would be sent, but it never arrived. I previously wrote a glowing review for Sarah Teal Paralegal based on what appeared to be a positive personal experience. However, I now feel obligated to update and correct that review, especially for the sake of others who may be relying on it to make an informed decision.

After my case, I referred Sarah to a close family friend dealing with a serious tenancy issue, trusting she would provide the same level of support. Sadly, that trust was completely misplaced. After collecting full payment, Sarah did absolutely nothing—no communication, no updates, and no effort made on his case. My friend, who couldn’t afford to hire someone else, was left stranded and stressed. In the end, I had to personally step in and help him navigate the issue myself.

This was not just disappointing—it was unacceptable. The lack of follow-through, accountability, and basic professionalism cannot be ignored. I now feel responsible for having recommended her, and I sincerely apologize to anyone who may have been misled by my original review.

Please do not hire this paralegal under any circumstances. No one should have to pay for silence or be left in the dark during already stressful legal matters. This experience has taught me that a single decent case outcome doesn't guarantee reliability or integrity going forward.

I’d give a 0 star if possible, for anyone expecting a reliable lawyer to handle anything more complicated than the most simplest of rent dispute don’t bother with Sara she will leave you out to dry after collecting her payments.
I had a complicated tenant situation with a tenant not paying and harassing neighbours and other tenants. I needed the guy gone asap, Sara and her office was of little help in terms of providing any advice or actions to expedite the process other than “wait for the hearing” (easy to say when you’re not loosing $1000s of dollars in unpaid rent and property damages every day). If this was the only thing I’d not bother writing a review but Sarah documented my LTB application completely wrong “even the address was wrong!” On top of this Sarah excercised her “right” to drop me as a client last minute when the hearing was in 1 month because I asked “too many questions”.
Had to represent myself and fix the documents myself, thankfully my problem was resolved but it could’ve easily gone south and my situation would’ve been made worse.
There’s many respectable lawyers and paralegals out there, don’t fall for the fake reviews on here.
