He was rude and mad when we had questions about buying our first house. Let alone the paperwork that he has messed up, which we are getting corrected elsewhere. He said some very rude things to me, and can't correctly put a co-signer on to the paperwork. God forbid we ever saw him in person, it was always his law clerks. He was very rude and very unprofessional. We will never use their services again.

Absolute garbage law practice! If there were a zero star option, I'd use it! After stealing $950 from my friend for her divorce 6 year's ago, she is no further ahead and he stopped returning her phone calls 2 years ago. Once again she reached out to no avail. There are many options in Sarnia for lawyers. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this pile! !

Actually was not going to bat as our lawyer for us on a simple real estate deal. Took months of calls and e-mails to his office where I ended up dropping the request for his help. Ended up having had my real estate agent and his company taking over for what should have been Joe's responsibilty.

Parents went in when dad was diagnosed with stage four cancer to update the wills & get all the property into both of their names....a year later mom was “left the house” and now gets to pay out HUGE PROBATE fees. Lawyers response; you paid for a will update. Didn’t do the other work, advise it wasn’t done OR explain just how much more money probate is over already being ON the deed.
