RSG has dragged out us getting a real estate deposit for 3 weeks by not submitting forms to land and title. They been signed and submitted to them by seller. Them not submitting forms to land and title means deposit can’t be released. Still waiting for this to happen.

The only delay was you filing it, we completed our paperwork and submitted it back to you in 1 business day of receiving it. It took you another 2 weeks for you to file it with land and title. Then trying to get me to pay fees that clearly state in the contract that are the buyers responsibility.
