I used them for a property transfer and they were great for the initial transaction. Two other offices were unable to complete the work in time but Rosborough & Co accepted and delivered. After the initial transaction I had to call about a week after the holdback was released to get them to deposit the money. Once I called I got the money the next morning so overall a positive experience.

Mike Burke appeared to have an issue with my notary and lawyer during my real estate transaction. He was proven wrong but made my life miserable for no reason whatsoever. He needs to stick to his own lane.
