James Bennett continues to provide the best legal advice and representation for any Family Law matter. James helped me obtain a Final Order for shared parenting plan and joint custody of my child three years ago, and has played a vital role in keeping it now, despite all efforts from OP trying to change the Final Order. Despite highly dramatic and bully-tactic material from the OP, James was able to see through it all and advise what was important to respond to and what wasn't. James is a wise and tactful lawyer who knows the Family Law rules, has lots of experience with what judges do and don't like to see, and fights for what's best for his clients. My case was settled before having to go to court, entirely on my terms and language. James is intentional about ensuring descriptive detail is included in offers to settle and orders to protect his clients.

Amazing experience right from the start. The lawyers receptionist Lacey is so efficient with her job. As well as sweet and caring. You can tell she loves her job and takes it seriously.
