They take a long time, and are impossible to reach. I dealt with them and thought it was just me, because of specific circumstances, but now I have heard nightmare stories from SO many other people about having to wait years and years for compensation. About all the hidden fees they hit you with at the last minute, and just being flat out ignored for months. RUN!! There are better out there

Over 5 years working on a case from being hit by a car because I’m continuously ignored and David McKay wasted 5 years when he could’ve sent the information to the appropriate people then only just doing it now and once again I’ve been ignored for over a week.
