The lawyer is excellent, but the assistant, Elizabeth, lacks proper manners and doesn't handle client paperwork securely. I've heard numerous complaints about her being rude and displaying an entitled attitude. Her unprofessional behavior was disappointing. However, the overall process went smoothly.

Rodger is a nice guy but his assistant Elizabeth is rude and unprofessional. She sent me the wrong file 3 times and acted like I was bothering her when I asked for her to send me the proper one again. On the phone it is even worse. She sounds like she does not want to be there and has no intention of actually helping you. Overall the job got done but it could have been a more pleasant experience
