We received absolutely excellent service here! We had multiple orders of business to take care of, and the lovely lady that helped us was very patient, worked very efficiently, and was very knowledgeable, and able to answer all of our questions. I definitely feel that she went above and beyond for us. Would recommend utilizing the services offered here 100%!

This is by far one of the worst places I have delt with in town ...... after several hours of run around rudeness and just a full on negative attitude not wanting to help not excepting paperwork from Red deer court house faxed to them to clear up information that didn't get taken off from February 2023. Wanting me to drive to Red deer to have the document have a INK signature on it 🤔. So went to another location NOT in the town I live in because they are unfortunately the only one here and guess what they took the document faxed from the court house. So that was the last time I will go into that location I will drive and take my business where there is respect and not be treated like nothing small town living the word gets out and the other location have SEVERAL residents from here drive allllll the way there because they won't go to the one in ROCKY so sad. Negativity and rudeness doesn't get you far !! 😟

Staff here is very rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Hopefully Brokerlink takes over thus side of the building and replaces staff with pleasant people.

Very rude and mislead on information given to us. We've been waiting weeks on a document that was submitted and was told a certificate would be in the mail within a couple weeks. I phoned weeks later to ask if they could find where it was then I was told we would have to pay another fee and file for the document we've been waiting for. It's bad enough the manager didn't know how to file the document originally and even worse denying the info she told me.... I'd be questioning the credentials from the owner as she didnt seem to know what she was talking about with this much misleading info while we have had to call other registries for the correct info every single time.

Literally the worst dmv I've ever been too. 100% worth driving to red deer. Constant complications and ignorant attitudes from staff. Going else where will make you realize how trash this place is.
