I recently retained the services of Robert Charman to facilitate a singular real estate transaction encompassing numerous properties.

Through every communication, whether by email or by phone, 'bob' and his legal assisant Paige, were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They thoroughly explained the processes, the timelines, and every aspect of the transaction in great detail.

Considering this is one of the largest transactions I've ever completed thus far, their unwavering professionalism and decorum were very reassuring.

On the closing date, I finally had the opportunity to meet both of them in person. Bob's office is conveniently located in downtown moncton in a victorian era home.

Bob is very friendly and humorous and took ample amounts of time to explain to me the purpose of each document before signing them.

Overall, I intend to retain the services of Bob in the future due to the excellent service I received from start to finish.

During our initial meeting, we discussed what we wanted in our wills and Mr. Charman listened attentively and made good suggestions that assisted the process greatly. All the documents were ready on the date promised. During our second meeting, Mr. Charman completely reviewed the documents with us to ensure they contained what we wanted and explained the legal jargon as well. He did not rush us. Terrible experience... a simple will took over three months with multiple meetings to revisited the same details. Finally after a sleepless night I went to another lawyer and had the will done in two days. Robert still charged for the poor service. Very friendly and easy to talk with.
